Every year we agree on the same thing, "We can't afford anything so lets just not get each other gifts this year." And every year Ryan gets me something anyway- so, I usually feel really horrible! You'd think I'd learn...next year will be different! Ryan came in to breakfast with gerber daisies, he and Carter picked out. I love that flower. And with it was a gift card to DQ- for blizzards, because I LOVE DQ blizzards! And a love letter- which I cannot share the contents of- but, I will say it made me cry and was exactly what a girl needs to hear to feel loved! That night we had a free babysitter- Janel. So, I tried to repay my debt by taking Ryan to a movie- which doesn't happen often for us. Thanks Ry for all you do for this family, and especially for me!I had such a fun day just laughing with you!

That is so sweet! I know Che does the same thing to me. We will say no gifts and then he goes and gets me something anyway and I feel really bad! And I too never learn.
I love gerber daisies. Way better than roses! And a nice sweet letter scores points in my book.
Ohhh, that is so sweet! Just what every girl needs! I'm glad you had such a fun weekend! and how did the birthday party's go?? The weekly craft is such a good idea. It would give Braden something to look forward to. Thanks for the idea--guess I should thank Tanys for giving you the idea!
